Delete your Korzaro account
You can delete your Korzaro account and its data yourself at any time, in the Korzaro mobile app and in the web application. Korzaro is operated by Shingen s.r.o.
How to delete the account
- Sign in to the Korzaro app or at app.korzaro.com.
- Open My account → Delete account.
- Confirm with your current password. An account that only ever signed in through Google or Apple confirms with its e-mail address.
Cannot sign in? Write from your account's address to [email protected] and we will delete the account for you.
What is erased
- the account, its sign-in details and any link to Google or Apple,
- projects where you are the only owner, with all the shop's data (orders, customers, findings, briefings),
- records of e-mails delivered to your address and of sign-in attempts with it.
Projects with another owner stay and you leave them. Your answers to findings there remain without your name, as part of the project's history.
When
Signing in is blocked at once. The account and its data are erased after 30 days; until then the link in the e-mail you receive restores the account. Encrypted database backups are deleted after 90 days, so the erased data disappears from them as well.
