I built Shoptet and spent years helping thousands of people sell online. So I assumed that once I launched a store of my own, I would know exactly what to do.

Then came Mincmistr. I had Google Analytics, Search Console, ad platforms, Shoptet data and specialists. Even so, I didn’t check most of those tools regularly. The data was scattered, everyone saw only their own part, and I often didn’t know what really needed my attention.

If it happened to me, it’s no surprise it happens to other store owners too. E-commerce today is too complex for one person to keep an eye on everything.

That’s why I built Korzaro. First for Mincmistr. Now I want it to be the first mate for your store too.

Why a first mate

The store owner is the captain who sets the course and makes the calls. Korzaro is the experienced first mate: it watches the horizon, notices the weather changing first and tells you what to check.

But the captain always holds the wheel. Korzaro recommends; the decisions and the actions stay with you.

Less, but what matters

Better one recommendation you can trust than ten that are right in theory. Every finding has to be something you can act on.

We calculate numbers, we don’t invent them

Metrics are calculated with fixed rules. AI only phrases the conclusion on top of finished numbers, and every number can be traced.

Honest even when data is missing

When the data isn’t enough, we say so. No invented zero and no estimate passed off as fact.

Read-only

We never write to your accounts. Korzaro reads, connects and recommends.

Built on a real store

Since July 2026 Korzaro has been running on Mincmistr every day, on real data. What doesn’t work for us gets fixed before it reaches you.
