No. The trial lasts 14 days from your first sign-in, is free and needs no credit card. You order a plan only when you want to continue.
Nothing is charged. The project pauses: everything Korzaro found stays readable, it just stops collecting new data and preparing recommendations. Ordering a plan starts it again.
In advance by card via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month on the day you ordered. We never see or store the card number.
Yes. Every payment comes with a receipt by email, also available in the subscription settings. You enter billing details, including company and VAT IDs, in the app. We are not a VAT payer, so prices are final.
At any time. Moving up, you pay the prorated difference until the end of the paid period; moving down, the difference is credited to future payments.
Any time in the subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the service runs fully until then. We don’t refund a started period, except after an outage longer than 72 hours in a row.
No. You pay a fixed amount per store regardless of revenue or the number of orders. We would announce any price change at least 30 days in advance.
Each store is a separate project with its own plan. You switch between them under one sign-in.
