Provider and relationship with Shoptet

The add-on is provided and operated by Shingen s.r.o., company ID 192 48 334, registered at Na Hřebenkách 3340/122, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 383648. Contact: [email protected], telephone +420 603 402 154.

Shoptet, a.s. does not operate the add-on or its content, does not provide support or maintenance for it, and is not liable for claims by the user or third parties against the provider. Shingen s.r.o. is solely responsible for the add-on, its defects and its support.

Contract formation and user

The agreement is formed by electronic acceptance of these terms and confirmation of the order or activation by the provider. The add-on is intended for shop operators and people acting for them in the course of business; it is not intended for consumers. These add-on terms supplement the general Korzaro terms and prevail for the add-on in case of conflict.

What the add-on provides

The add-on grants Korzaro read-only access to shop data and allows Korzaro to create reports, watchers and recommendations. Korzaro does not write to Shoptet or change orders, products, prices or the shop's appearance. Outputs support the user's decisions; they are not a guarantee of business results or professional advice.

Licence

For the duration of the active service, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable and territorially unrestricted licence to use the add-on for their own shop and business. No source code or right to resell, lease or make the add-on available to third parties is granted.

Installation and access

The user installs the add-on and may connect only a shop and accounts they are authorised to use. Korzaro uses the smallest available permission scope required for the agreed features. Access can be withdrawn at any time by uninstalling the add-on or through the connected service's settings.

The user protects sign-in credentials, keeps contact details current, must not circumvent security or unreasonably load the service, and promptly reports suspected account misuse. The user is responsible for the content, lawfulness and accuracy of data they enter or make available.

Availability, maintenance and support

The provider ensures at least 99% service availability in each calendar month. Announced maintenance, an outage of Shoptet or another service outside the provider's control, the user's action, force majeure and security downtime needed to prevent imminent harm are excluded from the calculation.

The provider announces planned downtime that affects use at least seven days in advance when it can reasonably be planned. The add-on is maintained and updated on an ongoing basis. Price

Ordering the add-on through Shoptet costs CZK 0. Any fee for the Korzaro service is billed directly by the provider under a separate offer that the user must accept. The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Data and personal data

The user remains the owner of their data. Processing of shop customer personal data is governed by the data processing terms and technical and organisational measures. Account and operator data are covered by the privacy notice.

Defects, complaints and liability

Report a defect without undue delay to [email protected] or +420 603 402 154 and provide the shop, time and observed problem without sending passwords or access keys. The provider investigates the defect and, depending on its nature, removes it, offers a workaround or limits the service as appropriate.

The provider is liable for harm caused by breaching its duties as required by law. It is not liable for incorrect or incomplete source-service data, decisions made by the user based on a recommendation, or an outage outside its control. Rights that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.

Termination

Uninstalling the add-on stops further data transfers from Shoptet. The user may also terminate the account and service by e-mailing the provider. The provider may suspend the service for a security risk, unlawful use, a material breach of the terms or after the agreed period ends; where circumstances permit, it first warns the user and allows a remedy. Data is handled under the data processing terms after termination; uninstalling does not change the shop or its appearance.

Changes and governing law

The provider announces a material change to these terms at least fourteen days in advance; a user who disagrees may terminate the service before the change takes effect. Technical or security changes needed to avert an immediate risk may be made without that period. These terms are governed by Czech law and disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.
